Personnel prevention is a term that we use to describe a central part of sports medicine: it doesn't matter whether someone not sick at all yet is whether he in the middle of an acute illness stuck or learning with an illness must to live.
If you are not yet sick, exercise with the aim of staying healthy!
Those who are at high risk exercise with the aim of getting well again!
Those who are at high risk exercise with the aim of getting well again!
Anyone who has fallen ill or had an accident and cannot get well again should exercise in order to be able to deal with themselves better!
Regardless of whether you are still healthy, sick or affected by illness, our whole body stress is an important factor!
Personnel prevention is a term that we use in sports medicine to describe a very practical part: It doesn't matter whether you're not sick yet, just sick or are already so sick that you can no longer get well, everyone can become active at any time with movements aimed at themselves and do yourself a lot of good with your body.
Prevention is translated into German as Prävention. So we should think about how we don't get sick, like us get well again or at least learn to deal better with an illness. My health coaching consultations are aimed at these three goals and everyone will then be able to remember things that they had initially forgotten. Usually a joint or metabolic organ is diseased and yet the entire organism is initially rightly, but then unfortunately often completely shut down for far too long. Our prevention goal is to stress you as much as possible, to the extent that it is good for you and helps you move forward!
I look forward to talking to you about this!
In sports medicine, we divide the concept of prevention mainly into primary, secondary and tertiary parts. Personally, it doesn't matter to me in which area you are currently. It's important to me where you should develop: preventing illnesses is the top priority and everyone should feel as good as they can right now!
We will meet and talk calmly about your approach to exercise. Which problems are to be expected, which are currently affecting you or which are simply there irreversibly. Believe me, there will be a unique way for each person to feel more fun, happy and motivated. If you like, I will create your personal movement concept for you, learn it with you in joint training and do it for you. Quickly get fitter, listen more to yourself again and learn to react to how your body is doing. Unfortunately, our body is the worst friend once illness hits us. We have to lift ourselves up with our own strength and bring ourselves back to feeling good!
