As a competitive swimmer, I have gained, experienced and endured many training experiences myself.
I moved intensively from 400 m up to 10 km in open water. In order to build up, maintain and improve my strength as a swimmer, I work very intensively
used my functional training. These were specifically exercises for
strengthening and thus stabilizing
my torso as well as the joint areas of the arms and legs. I was able to practice these training procedures wherever I was, regardless of location. So it fits perfectly into today's working environment:
at home,
in the office,
at the hotel
or due to vacation
at the beach
or
on a mountain.
