I work in sports medicine, helping my clients stay healthy and feel good. I'm always up to date with the latest technology, regular training and current developments.
I've also got years of experience in different areas of competitive sports and different medical specialities. I've already looked after lots of satisfied private clients, as well as companies, practices, clinics and studios in Germany, Austria and Sweden.
I was born in 1973 in the Lüneburger Heide and grew up in Freiburg im Breisgau. After my active sports career, which included being part of the national squad in swimming, I completed the trainer education of the German Olympic Sports Confederation in the German Swimming Association with the A-license. At the same time, I studied human medicine in Kiel and also completed my further training there as a doctor in sports medicine. I also studied journalism and moderation in Hamburg. These are the foundations for my current work.
As a former competitive swimmer, I now work as a sports physician, personal trainer and lecturer. I help people improve their quality of life. I help you set your personal health and training goals and then support you in achieving them.
I mostly work with private individuals. I also work with Technogym Germany (as a master trainer), Hapag-Lloyd-Cruises & TUI Cruises (as a master trainer and health editor), and companies in private and occupational health management.
I also help patients recover from injuries or chronic illnesses. I offer an initial sports medicine consultation and a free trial session for this purpose. Then I'll show you how to exercise effectively and enjoyably, using my practical, scientific and medical expertise.
