endurance-training

just move forward and move with purpose

Endurance is a term that we use to describe a central part of sports medicine: go for a stroll, walking, run, sprinting, ride a bike or e.g to swim. Everyone can and should do it at least twice in a week for 30 to 45 minutes in his personal heart rate zones.

What support can I offer you?

As a competitive swimmer, I have collected, experienced and endured many endurance experiences myself. I moved intensively from 400 m up to 10 km in open water. And in order to build up, maintain and improve my endurance as a swimmer, I used running very intensively. With these experiences, I would be very happy to be at your side: we can talk to you first Resting ECG deal with it, determine whether it works as it should, whether yours Heart rate variability is as desired and find out which ones personal heart rate zones you should engage in endurance training.

So if you're resilient, we'll find it together optimal form of exercise for you, with which you can make good progress while having fun and within your heart rate values. For example, you start out by going for a walk, but it quickly turns into walking, running or sprinting. First of all, this depends on yourself, your ambition and your physical requirements.

I look forward to talking to you about this!

What value does your endurance training offer you?

Endurance means how long you can move in one form of exercise without becoming physically exhausted. The goal of my endurance training, which is tailored to you personally and promises success for you, is to let this time become longer and longer at the beginning and then to have a lower and lower heart rate with the same amount of exercise time. Then you are able to to walk longer, to keep running or just to run faster.

Endurance is not a form of exercise that should be neglected: Your heart is the hardest working muscle in your body. And that's exactly why everyone should take the time necessary, use it wisely and stick to their personal heart rate values. You'll quickly feel how things are progressing and just as quickly you'll have more and more fun!
